I was actually so impressed with this stuff, the knowledge, the theory, the practical know how, and the straight forward teaching style that I wanted to provide it here on my own site.

I am a HUGE proponent for peaceful living but I believe it is super important to not only have the feeling to protect one’s family and loved ones and oneself, but also have the know how.

If you feel as though you take on the Protector role – you want to keep your loved ones safe, then it is wise to learn how its done.

An Important Note: in my own belief system, which may or may not work for you, all beings are just trying to reach a state of happiness and comfort no matter the actions they take – we all just want to feel good!

But extremely confused individuals may take anti-social actions to achieve this. It’s ignorance that causes them to harm others as well as mess up their own life in the pursuit of feeling better. It is with this belief that I wish only happiness and peace for others.

And it is in this spirit that, given a survival situation, or a self defense scenario that, even though I must take out my opponent, I am not trying to hurt him with rage and anger. I am a program that is set to render the volatile situation inert – no more no less.

We are not here to do damage in my opinion but to learn how to keep ourselves safe and to stop someone else from causing us harm and ultimately themselves harm as well.

So, learn these self defense techniques but do not get wrapped up in the idea that we must be angry to strike down an opponent. All you gotta do is use the technique without emotion to end the danger.

When the economy falls and people are left destitute, the price of silver will be announced by the hour on the radio so having your silver in the denominations of 1 oz. is, in my humble opinion, ideal.

As a Canadian, I have many friends who are, surprise surprise, Canadian. I wrote this little synopsis on the American Health Care Bill to help teach my fellow Canadians what is going on south of the border. I posted this message to my facebook with the Gary Franchi video below. Most of the message was truncated by Facebook because it was too long and I didn’t want to  waste the work I did so I thought I would provide it here as is below…

As Canadians, many of us are proud of our free health care… but if we think Obama-care is anything like what we have, we got our heads in the clouds (and I’m sad to say, it looks like many of us do).

A few points:

1. the bill was rammed through (why would a favorable bill need ramming through)
2. despite what mainstream media tells us, the majority of US citizens are against this bill
3. the bill was written by the insurance companies (an arm of the offshore central banks)
4. it is a bailout for the insurance companies – this is another corporate looting (even worse than the banker bailout bill where they wouldn’t tell anyone what they did with the money)
5. insurance company stocks are shooting up (I wonder why – self interest maybe?)
6. US citizens are now FORCED to buy insurance (worse than being forced to by car insurance because you can’t get out of buying health insurance without looking at huge fines or jail time)
7. IRS is now in charge of making sure people pay
8. 16,000+ new IRS agents are going to be hired (great more tax enforcement officers – just what this world needs)
9. IRS will be checking to see if you paid not once a year but every 2 weeks (IRS agents will be snooping in bank accounts on a bi-weekly basis to enforce the, now, law)
10. the bill has a crap load of new taxes built into it
11. it is not universal health care – a select group of gov officials are in charge of deciding if you can get coverage or not even though you are paying the insurance
12. the government can’t afford the kind of care they are preaching on the mainstream new channels
13. it is going to be a massive financial burden and will further break the back the economy in America (which affects us all – we are pegged to the US dollar – it is the world’s reserve currency)
14. conservatively, it cuts 41 million a year from medicare and medicaid (which people rely on)
15. taxes go up but the supposed free healthcare quality goes down
16. on page 1001 in section titled: Subtitle C-11 Sec. 2521 — National Medical Device Registry – implantable RFID chips (I read this directly in the bill for myself – I wasn’t shocked because I know what is going on but it’s there and its real)

I just want to make a note of a personal nature. It is important to me, now that I am awake (to the absolutely insane amount of corruption in government, the insidious plot by a small elite to use incrementalism to dumb us down and steal our freedoms from us in a long term plot to have absolute control), to do my part and help others wake up so they can protect themselves and their families.

I have become awake to all the lies (well, not all – I find myself learning more and more every week), how the elite use the media to brainwash us, how we are being killed slowly via chemicals and heavy metals in the water we drink and food we eat, how there are crazy operations like HAARP and chem trailing and false flags to manipulate us, how we giving away our rights to freedom under the banner of being protected from terrorists and terror attacks, and I can go on and on here seemingly.

I am awake to all this because one day, searching the internet, I came across some compelling information that I did not accept immediately. I had already heard the message before but did not decide to confirm it for myself. I did not check to see if it was true or not. But on that day, I decided to just check and it WAS true. All the lies, cover ups, corruption, plots to take over the world, etc., were true and not only that but it explained why everything is so messed up.

Everything seemed to make so much sense as the pieces began to really fall into place. They are still falling into place but now I got it. And I really owe the majority of it to Alex Jones. The guy is a saint. He ain’t perfect and he’s always the one to admit it but he sure is doing one hell of a job waking people up to what is REALLY going on. (I’ll leave a link at the bottom of the post)

He brings in experts, politicians, professionals, celebrities, scientists, journalists, and more into a nexus of information. He brings it altogether FOR ONE REASON; to help use wake up so we can ban together to take down the shadowy government that is manipulating us for their own purposes.

Now that I am awakened, I feel compelled to do the same at my own capacity. I created this blog that is getting more and more viewers every single day. I provide info on what you must do if you want to survive this storm. I advise buying precious metals so we don’t have all our wealth stolen through inflation, I advise you on what to get prepared in order to survive the total collapse that IS going to happen (unless we wake up sooner and take down the elite before they can take down the economy). I even give you links to resources where you can get this stuff. It’s all here and I will be adding more of course.

I will not reach as many people as Alex does but I will reach some. This is important and this is why I do it. I feel good knowing I am doing my part. I also tweet from my twitter account to hundreds (I will reach thousands because my twitter following is growing) of people, giving them youtube videos and quotes and facts. This is all in an attempt to make us stronger in numbers as we wake up to what “they’re” doing so we can make them stop and go away.

I write this because I want you to understand and to compel you to do the same at your own capacity. You will do it different to me but you will do it none-the-less. As soon as this thing got started with the swine flu hitting the media and the flu shots being announced worldwide my antennae were up. Something didn’t feel right.

My radar was sending me signals that this is “BAD”. That’s all I get from my gut feelings is: Good… or Bad. And slight variations on those main themes. I always trust my gut and I don’t always have logical, well put together, articulate arguments with facts and dates to back me up. Nope, good or bad. And I’m always right in the fullness of time.

Get Your Urban Survival Guide Here: Urban Survival Secrets For Surviving The Great Global Economic Collapse!

Though EconomicCollapseSurvival.com is primarily about surviving the downturn of the economic environment over the long haul (and even how to profit from it), it is still useful to know how to prepare a survival kit or gear bag with survival supplies called a bug out bag (72 hour kit) for short term emergencies. It’s called a bug out bag because when you’re bugging out in an emergency, you won’t have the wherewithal to get your act together.

Family preparedness should be top priority. In addition to your emergency bag, you need to know you have, not only a prepared family, but also a community that you can integrate yourself and your family into during a crisis. So, emergency management and neighborhood preparedness should be top on your list of priorities as well. Get to know your neighbors, they will be an invaluable resource. They may also be able to help you put together your emergency kit or they may have extra survival equipment to give you.

When disaster strikes, fire preparedness, flood preparedness, earthquake preparedness, etc.. along with survival management skills and a well stocked survival preparedness bag will drastically improve your chances of survival. Disaster supplies in an evacuation could be the difference between life and death. If you have the right emergency gear with the right survival products inside, you will be faaar better off than someone who has done no pre-planning.

For your safety, your bug out bag should be in an easily grab-able location like by a door in your house or have a car emergency kit complete with outdoor gear, camping and travel gear that you can easily carry. This 72 hour kit should contain all the supplies you will need to keep you covered for at least 3 days. This is a BARE MINIMUM. If you have all your basic daily needs taken care of for 3 full days, that is a great start but it is advisable to have at least 1 to 2 weeks worth of food stored in and around your house.

Large families will do best to divide up the gear into several easily accessible bug out bags placed, for example, inside each individual’s backpack or in grab-able plastic rubbermaid bins that can be easily wisked away during an emergency.

You can buy ready made bug out bags, or you can prepare your own. I’ll detail below all the things you’ll need in your 72 hour kit.

A nice advantage in preparing your own bug out bag is you can decide to pack the foods you enjoy. And just as a simple reminder, you’ll want to rotate your stores of food inside your 72 hour kits because all foods have a shelf life and if the food goes bad then it does you no good to prepare it in the first place.

Bug Out Bag Contents: Your List Of 20 Essential Items For 72 Hours

1. AM/FM portable radio – if you have a crank radio that doesn’t need batteries, you’re golden. But a battery operated radio with extra batteries does the job as long as those batteries stay alive!
2. First Aid Kit – in addition to the medical supplies, make sure it contains an emergency preparedness guide as well
3. Water – 1 gallon per person per day for hydration and washing. Keep water purifier as well as purification drops like Miracle Mineral Solution. Also be sure you have containers that will not breach under freezing temperatures. Water storage barrels might come into play depending on your situation.
4. Fire – wind and waterproof matches in waterproof container. In addition to the matches, keep a utility butane lighter
5. Blankets – if you don’t have good quality mountaineering sleeping bags, wool and space blankets will work just fine (NO cotton)
6. Light – flashlight with extra batteries and propane lantern with additional propane tank. Glow sticks and candles too.
7. Toiletries – toilet paper, toothbrush, toothpaste, dental floss (great for tying things), shampoo and conditioner packs, razor, napkins and sanitary napkins
8. Knife and survival tools – survival knife. Swiss Army knife with scissors, can opener, and screwdrivers (utility tools like leatherman and gerber are very good as well)
9. Map – of the area
10. Compass – self explanatory
11. Whistle – for attacks and emergencies
12. Sewing Kit – keep heavy duty thread in this one
13. Towels and Dishcloths
14. Cutlery – enough for the family
15. Tent and Tarp
16. Clothing – enough warm clothes for each family member (long-johns, wool hats, mittens, jackets, scarves, raincoats, good warm boots, etc..)
17. Entertainment – good for kids especially. This can free up time for parents to plan next moves (tactical)
18. Individual needs – diapers and baby kit, medications, pair of extra glasses, etc..)
19. Garbage bags – 25 heavy duty plastic bags can come in VERY useful. (garbage, raincoats, ground-cloths, shelter)
20. Rope – 50 feet of light rope (550 Paracord is the best AND most versatile rope you can get)

If this list is not exhaustive enough for you, the Survive In Place Guide is where you’ll get everything you need from items to stock to how to stay low profile in a survival situation to stay safe.

This should keep you going for a while. Consumable items will need to be bulked up if you want to turn this bug out bag from a 72 hour kit to a 7 day kit or a 14 day kit. That includes food and water chief among consumable items.

If you think self defence will be an issue, military gear, firearms and ammunition, (gun and holster), should be taken into consideration for your emergency planning. Also, don’t forget your camera bag. You might stumble upon some amazing photo opportunities.

Can we Survive an all out Financial Collapse in 2012?

We can as long as we take this moment to educate ourselves about community, survival techniques, food and water storage, and silver.

The economic collapse (that being the entire collapse of our whole financial system) including online loans, can be considered an event in its own right BUT the collective survival of that event would be an even greater event in my opinion.

However, global prosperity during the “economic collapse” event from a global standpoint will not occur. It cannot. Let me illustrate.

In fact the crisis itself will be picking up major steam in 2010 but the collapse may not be complete until late 2012. In the event of, say, total Economic Collapse 2012, here’s what we would have to accomplish to prevail:

1. Majority global awakening to the corruption and the takeover of our economy, politics, and sovereignty
2. Banding together and forming masse protests against the government, the global elite, and the corporate and banking interests (the new world order) and
3. The deconstruction of that elite and a rebuilding of society based on basic human rights of freedom and the liberty to pursue happiness (and WITHOUT national debt, war, martial law, the federal reserve bank, hyperinflation, foreign debt, bailouts, etc…)

In the case this doesn’t happen so succinctly, there may still be lot’s we can do…

The beauty is, it can happen on a personal level, a family level, a neighborhood level, a community level and so on. This is what we must be aiming for. It will become imperative for survival that we turn off our TV’s and stop eating what the mainstream media is feeding us.

To survive the “economic collapse 2012”, we are going to have to initiate friendships with our neighbors, develop and maintain the relationships we already have with our families and friends so that we might benefit from the support of each other. People who network are going to have a far better survival rate.

There is no survival without this community support in dire times. One might make it alone but the likelihood is slim to none and very undesirable. We need each other. We need a survival list for our preparations.

1.     Buying bullion like silver and gold in order to protect your own wealth is very wise. This should always be the case in economic survival scenarios where there is a crisis in the economy. While you are securing your position in precious metals, encourage your community to do so also. For, you will need a community that, not only has preserved it’s wealth, but is also able to maintain and preserve its liberty by not becoming dependent on the powers that would wish us ‘destitute and needy’ in order to establish its control and domination over us. I’ve heard from the highest sources that investing in silver in these unprecedented times will be THEE number 1 way to protect you and your family from total financial ruin – learn how to buy silver. And Silver is too cheap to pass up right now. I highly recommend getting some now, even if only a few coins for now, while the getting remains good. Make sure you know WHICH FORMS of silver to get. You don’t want to buy a bunch of silver only to find that, in that critical moment, it isn’t going to help you like you expected it to.

2.     Survival of Economic Collapse 2012 also dictates that we get educated, update our education, and help to educate others in our community about what can be done to get through it.Purchase survivalist books and guides (survival manuals). Keep this an ongoing project. In the great depression – community living was the key to survival. This will be the next great depression… but worse. Much worse.

3.     Have a store of food rations for at least a year for yourself, your family, and your community if possible. Obviously take care of your family first but in the meantime, get out there in the community and help people wake up to the importance of getting prepared with non-perishable products (store-able food for food storage).This is where education comes in useful; an uneducated person will continue down the same path. An enlightened individual will make informed decisions during an emergency.

4.     Keep being a beacon of light to your community. Find and share information: books, movies (video and DVDs, YouTube videos), websites, political forums, newsletters. You have a great resource in the movies section of this blog.

5.     We must awaken to the global tyranny that is robbing us of our wealth and freedom. The inflation you are dealing with is a direct result of this tyranny – it steals our wealth and then our freedom. And in order to survive it and stop it, we must purchase silver. I know I hammer this point but it is that important. Let me paint a quick picture: The value of the dollar goes to zero. The middle class is robbed of their wealth. Society stops with all it’s functions: electricity, transportation, food shipment, etc… During this time people will be desperate and if you are not prepared, you’ll be one of ‘em. This will be a harsh time, temporary, but harsh. And the best way to avoid it is buy cheap silver and sell high. (HINT: when everybody and their dog wants silver and everybody knows how rare it is and it is at least $1000 per ounce, and there are line ups outside of coin shops, and there is none to be found anywhere, that’s when you, because YOU already HAVE your holdings, sell it all and buy real estate)

6.     Get your survival gear in order – NOW. Disaster preparedness demands it. You can see a list of stuff you need in my Bug Out Bag article in the article section of this blog.

7.     Be a good survivalist: Find a viable source of non-polluted water for your community. Without it you will die of thirst. This is an important criteria in survivalism as you may well be aware of but have you found one? Does your neighbor know where to get good clean water? What’s your plan? You must have this in place before the poverty in America and the world reaches its climax. Know in advance.

8.     Get seeds for gardening – better yet, find a gardener in your community and make friends! Create mutually beneficial exchanges. Like, you provide the gardening space and the seeds in exchange for all the veggies you and they can eat.This is great security! (look into homesteading) Essentially, whatever skills you have, see if they would be useful in a survivalistic, self sufficient, community based scenario. If not, get seeds, lots of ‘em and I guarantee, in exchange for them, your community will take care of you.

9.     Get an alternative energy source: solar power is a great one… and below is a link (click the banner just below) to see a VIDEO that explains how to get free energy from existing radio waves in the air… Think of the long term advantages. You may not need electricity but it can be very useful. AM/FM radios, lights, refrigeration, computers, etc…

10.     Think of your safety. Self defense might come into play. Just something to think about. I care about the safety and welfare of my family and so this is one piece of the puzzle.

Survival of the Economic Collapse 2012 will require you to have your plan in action ahead of time. That means right now. For starters, and perhaps the main reason that silver will outperform gold in the long run is simply, there isn’t as much silver as there is gold anymore.

There is the same amount of gold now as there was in the 1980′s – 2 billion ounces. Because gold is horded and not consumed, the pile remains relatively constant, whereas, silver, being an industrial precious metal, gets consumed and ends up in the land fill (non-retrievable)

And as Mike Maloney (Precious Metals Expert) says, “the pile of silver has gone from, 2.2 Billion ounces to only 300 million today!”

By my calculations, there’s 7.3 times MORE GOLD available to investors than there is silver. However, Mike Maloney says there’s 8.3 times more (and he’s the expert so I’ll default to him).

But in any case we have a serious discrepancy between what the public values the price of silver at and what supply and demand should dictate. (i.e. silver should be 8.3 times the price of gold – if that were the case today, silver would be worth between $8000-$9000 an ounce!!)

But supply and demand is subjective in the sense that it depends on what the public wants. If the general public is not aware that they want silver, silver prices will remain low. But as soon as the public wakes up to the fact that they
do indeed want silver, the price of silver will go through the moon!

As it stands, the public is NOT AWARE that there is this shortage of silver. So, the demand for silver has not yet peaked because silver is typically discounted as the poor man’s gold and no one is ever interested in it… YET!

But once the public wakes up to this fact, my prediction is that silver will exceed the price of gold.

I know that this is a statement well beyond our current paradigm, which extends as far back as the time when gold and silver first became recognized as money. Which is a longstanding paradigm and, thus, not easily changed

BUT…

It will be changed whether you believe me right now, or you wait until everyone else believes it and by then it will be too late to invest because the price of silver will be much too high.

And much smarter men and women than me who have doctorate degrees and economics degrees have stated that silver will go to the moon and I only accept it because what they say makes a lot of sense to me given our current global economic situation.

So the long and the short of it is that the supply and demand ratio are vastly out of whack.

Traditionally, the reason why gold was always priced higher than silver is because there was less of it; about a 17th of how much silver there was.

Now because we use silver in every single electronic application from computers to cell phones and clock radios to electric pianos, there simply is not much of it left!

Not to mention many other applications silver is used in such as mirrors, photography, jewelery, silverware, and much more…

(Note: all of the silver in these products ends up in the land fill and is totally un-retrievable!)

So why isn’t silver worth more than gold right now?!

Well, there are some devious reasons for that. Would it be so hard to imagine that banks have been manipulating markets on the price of gold and silver for years now?

You see, the banking cartel (The Federal Reserve Banking System) has a vested interest in keeping the prices of gold and silver down because if these prices rise to a level where it catches the attention of the masses, there will be a masse exodus out of dollar related assets and into precious metals.

This would destroy the value of the dollar and thus, cause an overall lack of faith in the US economy and this would instigate a tremendous crash.

So what they do is, every time there is upward pressure beneath silver and gold (i.e. their value goes up), the banking cartel sells off an insane amount of gold and silver into the market causing the value of gold and silver to fall.

Now they do this by leasing physical gold and silver to smaller banks, which then actually sell the metal to you and me, thus getting it out into the market.

They also do this in other ways. They sell us silver and gold exchange traded funds, certificates and pooles, which are nothing more than a promise that you own physical metal and are not worth more than the paper they’re printed on.

In other words, you don’t get to hold it in your hands This is not how to buy silver bullion.

The problem with this, and it has been documented, proven, confirmed, is that they are selling these paper promises WITHOUT the silver to back them!!!!

So they are flooding the market with the illusion of precious metals which is diabolical.

Anyway, they are losing a handle on it and it’s getting harder and harder for them to keep the prices down.

It is like trying to push a beach ball under the water; every time you let go it just bounces right back up again. And the further down you push the ball under the water, the faster and higher it jumps upward out of the water.

We are at the 11th hour for cheap silver.

And people are waking up to the corruption and the manipulation and this is one of the reasons why silver is going up.

But it’s also because they barely have any more actual physical silver to dump into the market to drop the price.

At the time of writing this article, it is still really really cheap. That means they are still able to fool us by controlling the markets in their favor. Also, it has not hit the mainstream media yet that there is SOOO little silver left available to invest in as opposed to gold so it’s prime investin’ time!

(Only 300 million ounces of silver to gold’s whopping 2 BILLION ounces – relatively speaking the precious metals market is a small market to begin with and so, if you look at the minuscule amount of silver left in the world to invest in, you come to realize what a precious opportunity this is.)

Once THAT little nugget of information hits the media in a big way, you will see the price of silver EXPLODE!

Maybe… even past gold. It makes sense that it would since there is literally less silver out there than gold. That’s basic supply and demand fundamentals – look it up.

Once everybody and their dog is an expert on the silver market, I will be able to retire in a big way (I won’t though because I love what I do). You want to be in silver before this happens – before it explodes to the moon.

This is because of inflation and simple supply and demand fundamentals – never mind the fact that, presently, we’ve literally consumed this industrial metal (silver is an industrial metal) almost completely into non-existence! All of these very scary reasons and more show that owning dollars will be VERY risky indeed. Imagine losing 100% of the value of every dollar you own… So what asset form DO I need?…

The Austrian Philharmonic Coins and the Australian Kookaburra are also nice. These are all excellent investments that you’ll have zero problems unloading into the market when the time comes.

As for Junk Silver, which, is American coins (dime, quarter, half dollar) struck before 1965 and have 90% silver content. This is good to have 1 or 2 bags of for when times are tough.
